My Background
I am a former educator transitioned into an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer. I create engaging and effective learning solutions the incorporate adult learning theory to help learners apply and retain information for their jobs.
As an Instructional Designer, I use the ADDIE and SAM models to analyze, design, and develop projects. I love being a problem solver and helping others achieve their goals. My courses are built to align with learning objectives, while also keeping focus on creating interactions that enhance the learning experience. I enjoy being creative and helping people be lifelong learners.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, creating crafts, reading, and watching Netflix.
